Heard Mr. Darandale, learned counsel for applicant/appellant and perused the record. It is evident from the record that though appellant has taken all the efforts to serve respondent No.1, the respondent No.1 could not be served. The appellant is seeking prayer for substituted service to respondent No.1 through paper publication. It is necessary to allow this application in the above background. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:
