Heard Mr. Indrale Patil, learned Advocate holding for Mr. Dhobale, learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Girase, learned Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

After taking note of Section 109 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, he submits that the petitioners would make a representation to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies in view of the fact that the period of six years has lapsed after the appointment of the Liquidator.

In view of the said statement, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned Registrar, Co-operative Societies, who would decide the said representation within a reasonable period after it is received.
