Pursuant to the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No. 435 of 2011, the petitioner has admittedly been granted approval by the order dated 05 February 2024.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in fact pursuant to the grant of approval, he should have been extended all the benefits as were directed by the appellate authorities. Rather the impugned order expressly turns down any consequential benefit to the petitioner. He submits that he may have to challenge the order of approval to the extent it deprives him of deriving the consequential

benefits as were directed by the appellate authority. Keeping open that avenue, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
