The petitioner claims that though he was appointed and granted approval as a part-time lecturer with effect from 1999, he was entitled for approval as a full time lecturer and all consequential benefits. To substantiate his claim he would draw support from the order of Division Bench of this Court delivered on 23.06.2015 in Writ Petition No. 1550/2014 Rajendra s/o Bhaskar Waghulde vs. North Marathwada University and others. 2.

Apart from the fact that there is inordinate delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court, it is difficult to appreciate in the absence of supporting evidence that the case of the petitioner is at par with that of Rajendra, petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1550/2014, referred above.

In the aforesaid backdrop, without adjudicating the claim of

{2} wp3406.19.odt the petitioner on merit, it will be appropriate in our opinion to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-University with grievance.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
