The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.338 of 2021 registered with Gangapur Police Station, District-Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 272, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 59 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Chapalgaonkar for the applicant and learned APP Mr. Phule for the respondent - State.

aba152.22 In order to cut short, it can be stated that both the sides have made submissions in support of their respective contentions. 3.

It is to be noted that the earlier Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") filed by the present applicant bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No.1118 of 2021 came to be rejected on merits by this Court on 23rd December 2021 by detailed order. There is no change in the circumstance and the same grounds have been repeated in this Application. Therefore, without going much in details, it is observed that the second Application cannot be entertained.
