Mr.Salgare, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed proposal seeking approval to the appointment of Smt.Kamble, as a Headmaster. However, the said proposal is not yet decided by Respondent No.2.

The learned AGP submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Respondent No.2 would decide the same on its own merits. In light of that, we pass the following order: I.

The Respondent No.2 shall decide the proposal filed by the Petitioner seeking approval to the appointment of one Smt.Kamble, as a Headmaster (page No.81), on its own merits, expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within two months.
