Order :-

1. There is already direction issued by this Court under order dated 03-08-2015 in writ petition No. 6818 of 2012 in respect of processing pension papers within a period of (06) six months from the date of the order. In said order, petitioner/contempt petitioner was directed to cooperate in furnishing necessary information or completing the service book, if required.

It is contended that Institution has not complied with the directions. An affidavit in-reply has been tendered on behalf of the Principal of the Institution, wherein it has been stated that necessary steps are taken for completing the proposal and for its onwards transmission to the Accountant General. The contempt petitioner states

2 CP-116.16 that 'No objection certificate' is required to be furnished by respondent - Institution and the Principal.

Learned counsel appearing for the Principal states that 'No objection certificate', if necessary, would be tendered so as to enable the contempt petitioner to receive pensionary benefits. Necessary steps to that effect shall be taken within a period of one month from today. 4.
