The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter is old one pending since year 2007. Therefore, the matter be listed for fnal hearing on merit. Otherwise, the applicant be allowed to withdraw balance compensation deposited before the learned Commissioner.

Admittedly, the proceeding of frst appeal is pending since 2007 for fnal hearing. In view of nature of subject matter, it would be justifable to list the present appeal for fnal hearing on merit on 23.4.2020. The application stands disposed of accordingly. [K.K. SONAWANE] JUDGE.
