1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The present writ petition is filed, challenging the ad-interim order dated 18.02.2021 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad whereby the defendant is temporarily restrained from alienating suit property by any way and creating third party interest over it till further order and the said order is passed in absence of the say of the petitioner.

3] No case is made out by the petitioner to interfere with the ad-interim impugned order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. [ARUN R. PEDNEKER] JUDGE DDC
