The present petition filed by guarantor impugning Notice dated 1.1.2022 issued by respondent no.1, is not maintainable in the eyes of law. The petitioner is having substantive alternate statutory remedies at her disposal. Despite the settled legal position, the present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India which is not maintainable.

Petition is accordingly dismissed in limine.
