Heard both sides.

Upon hearing both sides, in view of the report of the learned Sessions Judge, Mr. Satej S. Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant would cooperate in early conclusion of the trial. In the circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to take efforts for conclusion of the trial within a period of three months, as five witnesses are already examined.

In view of the above direction, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that

criapln692-2015 the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. Accordingly, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Sessions Court forthwith.
