Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 4 - State. Perused the documents on record. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the directions are given to respondent No.2 to decide his complaint dated 26.10.2023.

In view of the said statement, the directions can be given to respondent No.2 - Committee, which appears to have been constituted in view of Government Resolution dated 29.08.2019, which is the outcome of the various decisions of this Court to consider the complaints in respect of private aided/unaided/partially aided schools, [1]

The Writ Petition therefore stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.2, in the capacity as Chairman of the Committee as per Government Resolution dated 29.08.2019, to decide the complaint dated 26.10.2023 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, but in any case within a period of four months from today.
