The grievance of the petitioners in that the benefit of 6th and 7th pay commission has not been properly accorded to the petitioners. The representation is given to respondent No. 3. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that the authority would consider it on its own merits.

In case, the representation of the petitioners (Page No. 32) is pending with respondent No. 3 and respondent No. 3 is competent to take decision upon it then the same shall be decided in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
