We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, an application has been given to consider the petitioner for appointment from the project affected persons category. A certificate to that effect is also issued inf avour of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader refers to the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2009(4) Mh. L. J. 961 and submits that even for project affected persons category the appointment has to be through competition.

In the light of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare and another Vs.
