Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revenue record is not corrected though applications have been made. 2.

The petitioner has remedy of appeal under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The petitioner can also approach committee constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015. 3.

In case the petitioner approaches such committee, the Committee would proceed further in accordance with the said circular, expeditiously. All contentions kept open.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition disposed of. 5.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application stands disposed of. No costs.
