There is a consensus amongst the counsel appearing for the parties that, this petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondent no.2Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.2-Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of THREE MONTHS from today. Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided by respondent no.2, no adverse action should be initiated/taken
WP 1696.2016.odt against the petitioner on the ground that, he has not submitted tribe validity certificate. However, we make it clear that, interim relief granted earlier or protection granted today will be subject to outcome of the proceeding pending before the respondent no.2Committee. 3.
