Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, learned AGP for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body at length.

By the present applications, the applicants/original claimants have prayed for permission to withdraw Rs.8,26,114/-, Rs. 22,08,645/-

912to913 and Rs.6,93,412/- respectively deposited by the Acquiring body on ground that they settled the dispute in respect of compensation for their acquired land before the Lok Adalat held on 22.04.2018 and 08.09.2018.

Since the parties to the present proceedings have amicably settled the dispute before the Lok Adalat and as such the respondent/acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation as per the Lok Adalat Award, the applicants/claimants, are therefore permitted to withdraw their respective amount with accrued interest thereon.

Registry to disburse the amount in proportionate to the applicants/claimants after due verification. 5.
