The applicants have filed these Applications for condonation of delay of 430 days in filing the appeals. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.P. for the State. None appears for the claimants.

The applicants have assigned reason for condonation of delay on the ground that time was required for getting necessary instructions from the office and Law Department. 4.

For the reasons stated in para-3 of the Applications, the delay is condoned. Concerned First Appeal Stamp Numbers be registered. Issue notices in the appeal. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for the State. Record and proceeding be called. 5.
