The learned Advocate Mr.Lohe h/f the learned Advocate Mr.Bhandari submits that the petition pertains to challenge to the rejection of nomination form for Zilla Parishad Elections of the year 2012 and now since the term of the Zilla Parishad is over, the instant petition has become infructuous. The learned Advocate for respondent No.3 does not dispute the position.
