Tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The same is assailed in the writ petition. By the present civil application, prayer is made to declare the result of 1st Semester of 4th Year B. E. course of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

Considering the fact that the matter is subjudiced, the respondents shall declare the result of the petitioner's 1st Semester of 4th Year B. E. course examination. The same shall be subject to the decision in the writ petition and in case, the petitioner is eligible as per result and satisfies other conditions then the petitioner should not be refrained from getting admission in the 2nd Semester of the 4th Year B. E. course only on the ground that the the tribe claim is invalidated. The same also will be subject to the final decision in the writ petition. 4.
