None appeared for the revision applicant. On 15.04.2025 the present matter was listed for the first time for admission, however, on that day also none appeared on behalf of the revision applicant. 2.

On face of record, it appears that the revision applicant/husband takes exception to the order dated 06.02.2020 passed by the learned Family Court, Latur, whereby the Petition E-15/2019 instituted by the Respondents for maintenance was allowed and the present applicant is under direction to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- to the Respondent No.1 and Rs.2500/- to the Respondent No.2 after considering the income of the present applicant/original respondent to the tune of Rs.25,000/- per month. Therefore, I do find that the revision applicant has no interest to prosecute the present revision. Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mubashir
