Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent State of Maharashtra. The learned AGP submits that the decretal amount has not been deposited in this proceeding and, therefore, the present application is premature and not sustainable at all.

The learned counsel for the applicant is also not certain on the issue of deposit of amount in this matter. Moreover, there is no endorsement of the Registry of this court about the deposit of amount in this proceeding. In such circumstances, the application appears to be premature and therefore, the same is dismissed being inept.
