This petition can be disposed by directing respondent No.4 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal tendered by the petitioner and pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner and shall permit him to prosecute further studies, subject to decision of the Committee.

4.

With the above directions, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
