Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel for the Insurance Company. After going through the award, it emerges that involvement of the offending vehicle is in dispute and initially First Information Report was lodged against unknown vehicle. Considering these circumstances, it is desirable to allow the applicant to withdraw 50 % of the compensation amount deposited in this Court with proportionate

(2) CA No.3947/2019 interest thereon subject to filing of solvent security for the said amount within the period of 8 weeks from the date of passing of this order. The remaining compensation amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of the appeal.
