Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

The petitioners seek stay to the Government Resolution dated 03.12.2013 only to the extent of determining respondent nos. 3 to 5 as "Implementing Agency" to carry out the works as referred to therein. Since the date of filing, there is no interim order operating in favour of the petitioner. By passage of time, the efficacy

2 wp 1514.14 of the said Government Resolution would not sustain. The work pursuant thereto must also have been completed by now.

In the light of that, the purpose of filing of the writ petition would not survive. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
