The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on same day the petitioners and their father applied for issuance of tribe certificates of Koli Mahadev (Scheduled Tribe). The father of the petitioners is issued with tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev (S.T.) on 30.01.2017, however, the petitioners as yet are not issued with the tribe certificates.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, the authority

In view of the statement made, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the application of petitioners within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioners and in case the respondent No. 2 decides in favour of the petitioners, shall immediately issue the tribe certificates.
