The petitioner has filed an application for release of the vehicle in appeal.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited 25% amount as directed by the Appellate Authority. The appellate authority has granted stay.

In view of the fact that the application for release of the vehicle is pending with Appellate Authority, we direct the Appellate Authority to pass the order on the same, within a period of ten (10) days from today, on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
