Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties out of the Court, and accordingly, they have executed a compromise deed on 08th August, 2025. He, therefore, submitted that in view of the consent terms, the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, he tenders across the bar a photocopy of the compromise deed. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes. 2.
