On the grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.07.2015, the present petition is filed. On perusal of the order as well as perusal of the copy of representation placed on record, we were of the view that petition falls too short to show any indulgence in the matter as no sufficient material is placed on record to show that the petitioner has taken any steps to seek appropriate information. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file petition after approaching the authority and receipt of the relevant and necessary material. At the request of learned counsel, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
