Learned AGP submits that making of payment in compliance of the order dated 16-11-2017 passed by this Court, had run into certain technical problems and the payment could not be made. He, therefore, seeks extension of time to comply with the order passed in Writ Petition as well as Civil Application dated 16-112017. 2.

Time accordingly is extended by a further period of two months from today.

It is not only expected that the order would be complied with in the extended stipulated period, if any objections are raised,

2 CA - 1668-2018 in that case, the applicants to show their bonafides by depositing a lumpsum amount of Rs.3,50,000/- in this Court within the extended period.

Needless to refer to that failure to observe the order would not only be frowned upon but stern action may be taken against the erring officials.
