The grievance of the Petitioner is that an application for seeking a license for the sale of bear in sealed bottles off consumption, is pending with the authorities. 2.

By the communication dated 01.09.2023, the Superintendent of State Excise, Nanded, has conveyed to the Sub-Inspector of State Excise Department, Degloor Division, that the Petitioner is not complying with the need of filing necessary documents and, therefore, the proceedings be closed. 3.

In view of the above, let the Petitioner approach the Superintendent of State Excise, Nanded and make an online

*2* 27wp2141o24 application in proper format and tender all the necessary documents that are required, within a period of 30 days. Thereafter, the concerned authority shall follow the due procedure laid down in law and after conducting a due scrutiny and verification of the documents, would take a decision within a period of 120 days from the date of the online application. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
