Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the last installment of Rs. 2,98,703/- has been deposited. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner has already withdrawn the earlier two installments and desires to withdraw this last installment. His grievance against the respondent has brought to an end and this petition can be disposed of.

Considering the above, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited, on same terms and conditions as have been stated earlier. Since, the grievance of the petitioner has been brought to an end,
