wp1607.16 to Respondents to decide her caste claim proposal pending with Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, expeditiously.

The Petition can be disposed of, with direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the caste validation proposal submitted by the Petitioner on 1st July 2013 which had been received by Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee on 6th July 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within ONE YEAR from today, and it is accordingly directed.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
