It is an application moved by the applicants to delete the name of applicant Nos.5 and 6 and amend the title clause of the first appeal. Heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for applicants, Mr. Khaire, holding for Mr. Dande, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and Mr.Bhagat, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the papers.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for applicants that applicant Nos.5 and 6 arrayed in this civil application is same and one lady, who died on 11th June, 2020. She has not left behind any children. Copy of affidavit is also placed on record to that effect. As

923 ca.3257.22.odt such, the prayer needs to be allowed to delete the name of applicant Nos.5 and 6, who is same lady, from the record by correcting title clause of the first appeal.
