This is an application for setting aside the order passed by Registrar refusing registration of the First Appeal. 2.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar dated 13.1.2015 refusing registration of the appeal is quashed and set aside and the appeal is restored to its original number.

The applicants / appellants shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
