Heard Shri. Prasad Vaidya, in person and perused the order dated 21/01/2022 of which the review is sought. In the order, it is recorded that in the will of the deceased Pramod, name of Pushpabai finds mention as his mother, but the impugned order, when perused, do not refer to the will of the Pramod, but it make a reference of death certificate of the deceased Pramod, on which the name of his mother is recorded as Pushpabai.

In the wake of the above, since an apparent error is corrected, the order dated 21/01/2022 is recalled, since the reasoning in the order is based on an erroneous fact.

The order being recalled, the Writ Petition No.13930/2021 is restored to it's file.

Issue notice to the respondent, making the same returnable on 22/03/2022. Hamdast granted.
