The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is filed before the Land Acquisition Officer in the year 2013, however, same is not decided as yet.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1.

In case the application filed by petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act (page 45) is pending with the authority and if there is no other impediment to decide the same, then the authority
