The learned advocate for the appellant/Insurance Company submits that he has instructions to seek leave to withdraw the appeal. He further submits that he has also instructions to allow the claimants, who have been already allowed to withdraw 50 % of the amount, to withdraw the balance as well.

The learned advocate for the respondents/claimants has no objection.

Leave is granted. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The claimants are allowed to withdraw the balance amount together with interest in the same proportion as determined by the Tribunal. 4.
