Learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners have filed application U/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act with the Special Land Acquisition Officer and the same is received by him on 16.10.2015, however, no decision is taken upon it. 3.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for Respondent No.1. 4.

In case application filed by the petitioners U/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, is pending with the Competent Authority (page 43) and in case there is no appeal pending then the Competent Authority shall decide the application filed by the petitioners U/s 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, on its own merits

in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months. 5.
