During the pendency of writ petition for admission, application has been moved for amendment in writ petition in view of communication dated 27th December, 2018 by respondent No.5 - collector, Latur.

Learned counsel for respondents purport to oppose the application.

However, having regard to the fact that the matter is

2 Civil Application No. 2481/2019 pending for admission against order of removal of petitioner from the post of president of Municipal Council, Ausa and disqualifying him to be a member for a further period of six years, passed under section 55A and 55B of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, the application is granted in terms of prayer clause (A) and is disposed of.
