The applicant, who is a legal practitioner seeks challenge to the letter/communication dated 21.6.2017 whereby the finances to the tune of Rs.500 crores which were made available for consideration of Nilwande dam through Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi. This particular communication itself is a subject matter of Public

( 2 ) 2208.19ca Interest Litigation no.152 of 2018. As an extensive Public Interest Litigation for the very cause, is pending before this Court, in our opinion, allowing the present application would be nothing but a multiplicity of the parties and proceedings. As such, the application is dismissed.
