The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondents for effecting necessary corrections in the revenue record concerning landed property, which is stated to have acquired for Latur-Mominabad (Ambajogai) road. It is stated that the land has been acquired for laying down the road in the year 1958-59, whereas, grievance is made in respect of mutation entries, recently, after lapse of 50 years.

In exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law.

With liberty as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
