The counsel for the applicant was directed to suggest a name of the hospital where the applicant wanted to take the treatment for his illness. Today, he has suggested the name of Sanjeevani Multispeciality Hospital, Plot No.17, Rushi Park, Ambad Chuffuli, Jalna. However, he could not get the appointment of the hospital as he is behind bar.

In the situation, a temporary bail for one week is granted to the applicant to get treated at the above hospital. He shall spent a complete week only for treatment and do not search reasons to seek the extension of the temporary bail. He shall produce the treatment papers from the said hospital, if any, before the Superintendent of prison after his surrender.

ORDER

(i) The applicant, Gajanan Kashinath Bhide, be released on temporary bail for a week from the date of his release on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No. 850 of 2022 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2), 372, 373, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian penal Code, Sections 3, 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Child Marriage Prevention Act, 2006 and Sections 3(1)(w)(i)(ii), 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

(ii) Bail before the learned Trial Court.

(iii) During the temporary bail, the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and threat them. He should avoid complications for himself.

(iv) After a week from his release, he shall surrender before the Trial Court for sending him to the prison.
