(ii) Applicant SHUBHAM RAJKUMAR KEHLBUDE @ KHELBUDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount,

935-BA.245-23.odt in Crime No.174 of 2019, registered by Police Station Nanded Rural, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 397, 398, 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC, Section 3/25, 27(2) of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(i), 3(II), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial on each effective date.
