DATE : 20.08.2021 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was sentenced to sufer rigorous imprisonment for ten years for the ofence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. He was charged under the provisions of MCOC Act but he was acquitted. So conviction stands against the appellant under Section 392 of the IPC. He has submitted the application for bail but the appellant is in jail since last six years, therefore, he prays that the appeal be expedited and it is listed for fnal hearing at any date.

The prosecution has no objection for listing the appeal
