Heard. The applicant is an accused in a case instituted otherwise on police report. It is a complaint under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. After taking cognizance of the offence, the learned Magistrate first issued summons. The applicant received the summons. He, however, did not appear before the trial Court as he was apprehensive of being taken into custody since the offence is non-bailable. The learned Magistrate thereafter issued bailable warrant against the applicant. The warrant has been addressed to Officer-Incharge

of Satara Police Station. In the given circumstances, the applicant would do well to appear before the concerned officer and furnish bail in response to bailable warrant issued against him. Thereafter the applicant shall appear before the trial Court and furnish necessary P.R. bond and S.B. as may be directed by the trial Court.
