Both the applications are filed by the legal heirs of the deceased claimants seeking for condonation of delay and bringing them on record. In fact, these claimants are the representatives of the appellant.

In view of that the delay stands condoned. The appellants are directed to carry out necessary amendment by way of bringing the legal representatives of the deceased claimants on record as per these applications.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
