The applicant herein has filed revision application challenging the conviction recorded against the applicant for offence punishable under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, which was confirmed in the appeal.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the revision application, the parties have decided to compound the said offence and therefore prays that the applicant be permitted to add original

cria695.15 complainant as party respondent. In the interest of justice, the application deserves to be allowed.

Hence, the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
