The petitioner is keen in getting the validation proceeding decided at the earliest. His learned advocate submits that the petitioner is ready to accept the vigilance report in the matter of his cousins Umesh and Yogesh and is ready to even adopt their reply.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a request to the committee for adopting the reply filed by his cousins and decide the petitioner's claim finally, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within 16 weeks.
