CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE : 8th FEBRUARY, 2016 ORAL ORDER :

By this application, the applicants are seeking extension of protection of order passed by this Court on 07/01/2016, while rejecting pre-arrest bail application on the ground that sample fertilizer, the basis for registration of offence was submitted for retesting by applicants. In my opinion, the cause cited for seeking extension is misconceived as this Court was made to understand that the applicants were to approach the Apex Court, as such, this Court

818.16crapln -2has extended interim protection.

2.

Apart from above, the cause that is cited for extension is malafide as the issue of re-testing was very much available within the date of filing of the application. The above referred approach of the applicants is nothing but to protract the investigation, as such, moved application with malafide intention. The application stands rejected.
